Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This Refund Policy applies to all MarianellyWellness, a DBA of Zumba with Marianelly LLC, classes, workshops, movement experiences, and speaking-related bookings.

1. General Policy

All payments are considered a commitment to reserve your spot in a class, workshop, or event.

Because space and preparation are limited, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

2. Classes & Movement Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or class credit (depending on the event format).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable.

  • If Marianelly cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Workshops & Special Events

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may be eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable due to preparation and capacity planning.

  • Transfers to another participant may be allowed upon request.

4. Speaking Engagements

Refund terms for speaking engagements are defined individually in the booking agreement or contract and may include deposits, cancellation fees, or rescheduling options.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a booked class, workshop, or event without prior notice, refunds will not be issued.

6. Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
